Boas pessoal!

Just open the original zip with 7zip. Delete everything except Meta-Inf and replace.

dependendo do tipo de compilação que estás a fazer existem diferentes métodos, se estás a alterar o zip da rom podes utilizar a 'htc kitchen' (tens de usar o ubuntu o cygwin para windows) é um dos métodos mais fáceis de compilar o zip

I dont think it is necessary unless you are modifying the boot image.

delete the system and replace with your custom system. Use 7zip not winzip. If it doesnt work, use Edgard's way.

If you delete, edit, replace, add files or apps in directories /system/app, system/framework, system/media, system/etc/init.d, and some other places your ROM works fine!L.E.:I forget, you can replace even boot.img or recovery' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Recovery']recovery.img, splash.img, if exists, of course compatible with ROM/phone.

It already has ICS ringtones, alarm, ui and notification sounds, build.prop and init.d tweaks and some ICS apps.

I don't try but first of all it's to large, :woohoo: 127MB.And do not put directory of ROM in arhive, let the structure of zip like in original. You don't have to unzip all and then zip all again. Work with Total Commander it's very easy, you can access zip like an simple DirectoriesAnd what is it? /.rsprojYou are doing all wrong.

I didnt download it because it is too large to work. If it becomes too large it doesnt install properly. A good size would be about 100 MB at max.

rsproj This was a file created by a software i used at first (CRC Studio), i didn't knew i couldn't unzip the files.I'm going to clean it up an send over a new one. Still, i don't quite remember the size but isn't aPTv2 around 120Mb?

AND IT'S ALIVE!!! :( :( :DI managed to install the rom, the default launcher seems a bit laggy but as i wasn't able to do a clean instal i can't evaluate. ADW Ex seems smoother on the scrolling, still need to sort the settings layout to look like ICS (don't know why ain't working) and i'll make some more tests on the weekend to relase a beta2 version or an RC.Thanks to hfbvm, cipinet11 and edgar86 for the hints.EDIT: Forgot to mention that takes a bit long to boot because of the init.d tweaks but then it runs really smooth.

Hmm... Nice.Anyways,1. Find an ICS theme for CM7 (MDPI) and modify appropriate files in the framework-res.apk So you will get an ICS looking UI by default.2. ADW Launcher EX is paid hence you cant use it in your ROM.3. Use go Launcher, It suits better.4. Or the second best would be to use ICS launcher.5. init.d tweaks make a difference, But If your ROM is heavy on the processor and RAM, you dont see much changes.
