  • InsertCoin SVN repo

If you want to keep up with the latest changes you clone this repo. Once you synced with it, you will only download the changes and not the whole rom again. You zip it copy the zip on your phone, flash it you have the latest version, without downloading 900 mB, without waiting. SVN commits are not always tested or stable. You have been warned

FAQ
  • I updated to 4.2.2 ROM and now I'm missing all my virtual SD content or I get UUID errors

This happens because 4.2.2 offers multiuser support so your /data/media have become /data/media/0 now.
Fastest solution (and geek solution) boot into recovery:

    adb shell
    mv /data/media /data/media/0

or the not so geek solution here: http://forum.xda-dev....postcount=1112

  • Messages FC when I try to access settings - general

Happens due deodexing process. Solution is here:

  • OTA Updates

I will NOT provide OTA updates because OTA updates will mean a lot of extra work for me due ODEX option. Also OTA requires a server with direct linking which I do NOT have, and also I make a pizza buck from ADS on my website.

  • ODEXED / DEODEXED

Wiki: In theory an ODEXED ROM is faster, and eats less memory than a deodexed one. The dark side is that once you odexed you can't flash any mods other that the one you choose during AROMA install.

You can return to DEODEXED just by reflashing the rom and not choosing ODEX during install!

Also you can flash the ROM without choosing ODEX option, boot it up, flash whatever mods you like, once you are satisfied with your phone grabOdex_InsertCoin_m7_Sense5_4.1.2.zip or Odex_InsertCoin_m7_Sense5_4.2.2.zip (depends of which Android version you are running) copy to phone, reboot in recovery and flash it. It will take about 5 mins. Done! boot your phone. you are ODEXED!

  • My device freezes when I try to flash the rom

Yes this happens to everyone, reboot and try again till a permanent solution is found.
Personally I'm using TWRP recovery. So far 5 flashes without a freeze

  • Xposed Framework.

The official thread is here: http://forum.xda-dev.....php?t=1574401. In a nutshell the Framework allows to modify system files on the fly. Something like Tweaks APP from my previous ROMs.
Xposed Framework (you find it in app drawer if you choose the option in AROMA) doesn't do much for the user by itself. Only allows you to use modules.
Modules can be found here on xda or on modaco:
Modaco Toolkit has some very nice features a user can use and customize the device to his liking. Probably the most feature rich at the moment.
More modules can be found on this very forum on xda
