[PROBLEMA] BqAndroid Tool

Alguém que possua um tablet Bq teve algum problema em utilizar a ferramenta para hard reset disponibilizada pela própria Bq? Estou à umas horas a tentar flashar o meu curie 2 qc e sem sucesso algum pois diz sempre que o dispositivo não é reconhecido (tenho os drivers instalados a partir do tablet com a depuração usb ativa e tenho os adb também e nem assim ele é reconhecido pela ferramenta), alguma solução?


como já alguém muito sábio dizia: "windows for games, linux for real"

Estás a efetuar o procedimento da seguinte forma?

1.No computador, descomprimir o ficheiro >descarregado do site da bq http://www.bqreaders...ferencias.html;

2.Conectar o tablet ao computador usando o cabo micro/mini USB. Apagar o tablet.

3.No tablet: Premir ao mesmo tempo e manter pressionados os botões de Acender [on/off] e de aumentar o volume [Vol +] por breves segundos. Soltar ambos.
Nota: SE o computador não reconhecer automaticamente o tablet, deverá instalar os drivers (controladores) manualmente, indicando o caminho. Botão direito do rato sobre “Computador” > Propriedades > Gestor de dispositivos > Outros dispositivos > Dispositivo desconhecido > Botão direito do rato sobre o mesmo > Atualizar controlador > Escolher a opção de procurar o controlador no computador > Ir à pasta “Drivers” dentro do arquivo descomprimido no passo 1) em cima > Selecionar a pasta do driver adequado ao teu sistema operativo versão e bits (32 ou 64). Depois de localizado premir em instalar (Poderá aparecer um alerta de segurança, deverá proceder à instalação na mesma, o driver foi verificado pela bq e é seguro instalar).

4.Depois do driver instalado corretamente (ou seja o dispositivo já não será desconhecido no Gestor de dispositivos); Voltar à pasta onde descomprimiu o ficheiro de firmware e executar a aplicação rk30update.exe (deve ser executada em modo de administrador).

5.Depois da aplicação abrir, confirmar que a opção “Loader” está selecionada e clicar em “Format“. Aguardar pela mensagem de alerta OK e clicar em Aceitar. Em seguida clicar em “Update“. À direita aparecerá depois a mensagem “INFO: Run OK”.

6.O tablet reiniciará com o novo sistema operativo. Deve encerrar as aplicações usadas no computador e desconectar o tablet.

7.Está terminado e pronto a usar o seu tablet normalmente.

Boa noite,

 

Fiz os passos que foram referidos pelo WKdarknight mas deu-me erro, e agora não consigo fazer mais nada. Alguém me pode dar uma ajudinha ?

Já estive a ler algumas coisas, mas é muito confuso para quem percebe pouco. Se poderem ajudar eu agradecia.

Algumas coisas a verificar.
Portas USB têm de ser 2.0
Experimenta com outro cabo, outra porta USB, outro computador.

Tenta flashar só o loader primeiro.
Se o tablet não tiver um botão de reset, a solução é abri-lo e fazer um chant entre 2 pin's, normalmente o 7 e 8 para o colocar em mask mode

Penso que flashei com os dados referentes ao BQ Edison 2 3G (QuadCore) ... quando o meu é apenas a versão DualCore...

 

Deve ter sido por isso que agora não arranca, não ??!! ... :emo_im_undecided:

Preciso de ajuda. Tenho 2 BQ maxwell quad core e não consigo fazer com que nenhum deles seja reconhecido no windows.
 

Já tentei no windows 10 com a assinatura de drives desactivada.

 

Sempre consegui resolver o problemas de drives em outros dispositivos android sony e LG.

 

Mas o meu problema aqui é que quando clico no botão de volume para cima e no botão do power ao mesmo tempo, com o cabo ligado ao PC, o table arranca diretamente para o sistema operativo. Quando vou ao gestor de dispositivos no windows 10 tudo esta reconhecido, no windows xp aparecem 2 dispositivos desconhecidos, mas nao consigo instalar nenhum deles com os drivers fornecidos.

 

Eu gostava de saber qual é o problema, se há algum truque com os botões, ou o que é que aparece no ecrã.

Isso aplica-se a qualquer BQ , pois necessito de fazer isso no BQ  Curie 2
