I'd just like to note that this is the first time where my standard procedure of:(have correct recovery' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Recovery']recovery)- install rom- install gapps- factory' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Factory_reset']factory reset (in recovery' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Recovery']recovery)- fastboot' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Fastboot']fastboot -wWas not enough to make alpha 3 boot. It was stuck in the boot animation.Repeating these steps didn't work. I always used this method to install a new rom.So I followed what another user said, I'm not sure what part of the new procedure helps but I did:(have correct recovery' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Recovery']recovery)- factory' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Factory_reset']factory reset (in recovery' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Recovery']recovery)- fastboot' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Fastboot']fastboot erase linux- fastboot' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Fastboot']fastboot erase system- fastboot' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Fastboot']fastboot -w- install rom- install gapps- factory' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Factory_reset']factory reset (in recovery' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Recovery']recovery)- fastboot' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Fastboot']fastboot -wThis time it booted normally.I think this is extremely important, as I've seen bugs being reported that I never had and I guess those people always skipped the fastboot' class='bbc_url' title='Link Externo' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.androidpt.info/index.php?title=Fastboot']fastboot -w part. However, I always thought I had perfectly clean installs, apparently not because this time something was blocking me. From now on I'll do all the steps above when I install a new rom. So for everyone else: to ensure you have the best experience, follow all the skips above and don't skip any. You might be having bugs because of your unclean install, not so much it being a rom bug.

:pinch:
